Scott Gerber and Ryan Paugh Release Superconnector Today

Friends,

Today is a really exciting day for us — Superconnector, the book we’ve been planning and writing for years now, is officially out.

For us, this isn’t just a day of celebration, it’s a day of deep gratitude. Because this book and the ideas we share in it would not be possible if it weren’t for you.

YEC was founded on the belief that none of us can reach our highest potential as entrepreneurs going it alone. Greater success can be achieved faster, and with less struggle along the way, through the collective power of peers striving for excellence through similar challenges.

But that belief wouldn’t have gotten us anywhere if we didn’t have anyone who shared it. To make this community work, we needed a group of people who were equally driven, and equally generous. People who believed deeply that providing value to others without asking anything in return isn’t counterintuitive to individual success, it’s foundational.

We’ve found that in this group. Each of you is in this community not just because you’re the best at what you do, but because of your willingness to help others be the best too. Over the years, we’ve seen the positive impact of that mindset boomerang and play out again and again. And that’s exactly what led us to write Superconnector.

In the book, we call it habitual generosity. We’ve seen all of you practice it with your generosity of time, ideas, insights, and positivity. It’s just one of the pillars of being a Superconnector that we discuss in the book, but all of them come back to lessons learned from the individuals in this group and the experiences we’ve had together.

So thank you. You’ve been truly instrumental in getting us to this exciting day and we hope that this community has, and will continue to be, instrumental in your growth too.

With gratitude,

Scott Gerber and Ryan Paugh

P.S. If you read the book, we’d love to hear what you think. Please drop us a line at concierge@yec.co or send us a message on Facebook with your feedback.
